Imagine a life where you…
-
Instead of forgetting appointments, losing your keys, or zoning out mid-conversation, your mind felt organized again (or for the first time)—and you actually trusted yourself.
-
You realized your symptoms weren’t something to “fix,” but something that could be named, understood, and treated with care.
-
You could stop hiding behind a mask, pretending to be somebody else, and start showing up as yourself—without shame or apology.
-
Instead of being dismissed or brushed off, your story and all of your experiences were taken seriously. You felt heard, respected, and truly seen.
-
Focus returned. Motivation came back. You could move through your day with a clearer perspective, not confusion.
I know these shifts sound simple on paper—maybe even wishful thinking—but they’re not out of reach.
Many of these experiences are the result of complex, often invisible struggles—ADHD, hormonal changes, trauma that’s gone unnamed for years, big life changes, and more. They aren’t flaws in your character; they’re real things happening in your brain and body. And when they’re misunderstood or ignored, they can chip away at your confidence, your identity, and your ability to get through day-to-day life.
You were never meant to white-knuckle your way through this. These things really are possible—not because you'll be trying harder, but because you're finally addressing what’s actually going on.
Mental health isn’t something you should have to figure out on your own.
Common culture has us believe that if we tough things out, read more self-help books, and dive into self-reflection, our problems will go away (and everything can be solved!). But that’s just not how things work—especially when what you’re dealing with goes so much deeper than surface-level stress or sadness.
When your mind and body feel at odds, you don’t just need more insight. You need the right kind of support: someone who can listen deeply, look at the whole picture, and help you get to the root of what’s going on.
That’s what I’m here for.
Hi, I’m Anne.
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in whole-person mental health care for women and adults navigating life transitions, ADHD, and more.
I believe real healing starts with understanding—not just treating symptoms, but getting to the root so you can feel like yourself again. People come to me overwhelmed, discouraged, and afraid there’s something wrong with them. What they often discover—and what I’m here to tell you—is that nothing is wrong with them. Something is out of sync. And when we uncover what that is, real transformation becomes possible.
I recognize you may feel like you’re falling apart right now—like you’re watching your life go by without you.
But I don’t see that as a failure, I see it as a powerful turning point. These moments, as disorienting as they are, often carry the most potential. You can’t change what you don’t understand, and sometimes you have to reach that kind of unraveling before real clarity and healing can begin. There’s no shame in getting to this point—this is an opportunity to begin again, differently.
Areas of Expertise
Women
Big changes—like motherhood, menopause, or recovery from trauma—can leave you feeling off, even when everything “looks fine.” We’ll look at what’s happening in your body and mind so we can make sense of the shifts and find ways to help you feel steady again.
ADHD
You’re not lazy, and you’re not alone. If you’ve spent years wondering why things feel harder for you—or been told ADHD isn’t real—I offer clear evaluations and down-to-earth support to help you finally get answers that fit your experience.
Medication Management
If you’ve been rushed, dismissed, or left with more questions than answers, you’re not imagining it. I provide careful, collaborative medication support—whether you’re starting something new, adjusting a current plan, or figuring out if meds are right for you at all.
How to get started
-
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation here to chat more about what’s going on and what you’re looking for. This is an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit and discuss the next steps.
-
We’ll take time to explore your full picture—your history, symptoms, goals, and any contributing medical or hormonal factors—so we can understand what’s really going on and what will actually help.
-
With deep respect for your preferences and goals, we’ll build a plan that truly fits. That might include medication, therapy, lifestyle adjustments, or support through a major life shift. This isn’t one-size-fits-all care—it’s tailored to your needs, your values, and your pace.
